Candidates

Create a profile

Three things, about ten minutes. You do not need one to browse or to apply — a profile only exists so roles can find you instead of the other way round.

Say what you can do

Not a CV upload — three or four sentences about the work you want to be doing and the work you would rather not. You can paste a CV if you prefer; we will read it, not parse it into a form.

One

Name your number

The minimum you would move for. It is never shown to companies as a number they can anchor against — it only decides which listings reach you.

Two

Set the radius

How far from that description you want to hear about. Wide if you are exploring, tight if you are not. You can change it any week.

Three

We will email you once to confirm the address and then only when a role matches. This form is a mock-up in this build and does not submit.

Before you do

Does it cost anything?
Not for candidates, and there is no paid tier that puts your profile above someone else's. Companies pay to list.
Who sees my profile?
Nobody, until you apply. We do not sell a candidate database and there is no browse-the-talent product. A company learns you exist when you write to them.
Can my current employer find me here?
They can see the site. They cannot see you. There is no public profile page and no directory.
How often will you email me?
Once a week at most, on the day you pick, and only when something actually matched. Weeks with no match get no email.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Deleting the profile deletes the record, not just the login. Backups roll off within thirty days.
